Electric Christmas Parade registration deadline extended to November 5

The registration deadline for the 2021 Saint-Charles Electric Christmas Parade has been extended.

Businesses and non-profit organizations wishing to participate in this event should return completed forms to the St. Charles Business Alliance office in the St. Charles Municipal Building by 4:00 pm on Friday November 5th.

The Electric Christmas Parade lands on Main Street at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 27.

Businesses and non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the parade can do so by completing and returning the parade registration form, certificate of insurance and registration fee.

The application fee is $ 275 for businesses and $ 25 for not-for-profit organizations. Certificates of Insurance must name the St. Charles Business Alliance and the City of St. Charles as additional insureds.

Lights on at First Street Plaza begin at 5:00 p.m. Then visit with Santa Claus on First Street Plaza after the ceremony until 7:00 p.m.

Check out the Holiday Tree Trail exhibit and contest along First Street Waterfront to vote in person from November 26-28.

On Saturday November 27, the free holiday movie will be “Frozen II” at the Arcada Theater. The movie starts at 10 a.m. and doors open at 9 a.m.

The Electric Christmas Parade will take place on Main Street at 5:30 pm All Holiday Homecoming events and activities are free.

From November 27 to December 19, the Maison du Père Noël will open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
