Spores Network to launch Cardstarter IDO on July 23

HANOI, VIETNAM, July 21, 2021,

HANOI, VIETNAM, July 21, 2021 – Spore network, a full-stack NFT-DeFi platform, is approaching a new milestone with the launch of its upcoming “Initial DEX Offering” (IDO) on Cardstarter – the first launch pad and project incubator on Cardano.

Community members and investors now have the option of securing a spot on the IoT whitelist scheduled for Friday, July 23 at 8:00 a.m. PST / 3:00 p.m. UTC.

The highly anticipated dex offering marks the latest milestone for Spores Network, which aims to become the first full stack, DeFi-agnostic NFT marketplace.

Spores Network recently completed a private funding round, raising a total of $ 2.3 million. The private placement was carried out by prequalified major investors such as Focus Labs, NGC Capital and Maven Capital.

Spores Network believes content is king and plans to launch a dedicated venture capital fund for NFT + DeFi projects, including blockchain game publishing, as it expands the reach of its ecosystem.

Duc Luu, President of Spores, said, “Spores Network is incredibly honored and delighted to launch our IDO through Cardstarter. Spores aims to be a DeFi-powered multi-channel NFT marketplace defining decentralized pop culture and we’re excited to bring this vision to the amazing Cardano community. Expect us to bring hottest celebrities, animation / anime, digital fine art, blockchain games, and esports to the Cardano ecosystem soon ”.

Cardano-based first full-stack DeFi platform

The Spores are equipped with features to facilitate and benefit all participants including art and content creators, game developers, entertainment producers, clubs, collectors, celebrities, fans. , etc.

Somewhere later, Spores envisions an inter-chain interoperable platform – allowing users to issue NFTs, auctions, trade crypto assets, and use DeFi products without barriers.

In this sense, the project takes advantage of blockchain technology to authenticate NFTs, track their ownership logs and buy / sell history, as well as decentralize their trading procedures. These operations are perfectly carried out in compliance with intellectual property and copyright licenses to protect the profits of ecosystem participants.

Spores Network opted for an IDO fundraiser to allow community members to benefit from built-in cash pools and immediate transactions, as well as save on registration costs. And the CardStarter auction platform is, in particular, perfectly positioned as the first project accelerator for projects built on the Cardano network.

An initial dex offering, commonly referred to as IDO, is a fundraising event administered by a decentralized exchange (DEX). Unlike Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) where the project team collects money from the pool themselves, an IDO model means that fundraising will be conducted on the launch platform of an exchange.

CardStarter connects early adopters and supporters to projects and has a strong team that has successfully purchased several initial dex offerings and has proven itself as one of the top launch pads in the Cardano ecosystem.
